Returns and Exchanges

Please get in touch if there is a problem with your order. I do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

I will happily accept a return if it is not up to standard. Please contact me within 3 days of purchase and return within 7 days of delivery.

I cannot accept the following returns due to the nature of these items:

• Earrings
• Custom or personalized items

unless they arrive damaged or defective. I will need photo evidence of any damaged or defective items

Condition of return

Buyers are responsible for return costs if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
