Items will be sent out within 5 days of purchase, 1st class tracked and signed for and be with UK customers within 5 days. I will send tracking info on the day of postage.
For shipping abroad this could take 2-3 weeks I will send tracking info as soon as item has been posted.
I cannot accept responsibilities for any delays due to things outside of my control such as customs, COVID and the festive seasons.
If products arrive damaged, please sent me a photo and I can arrange a replacement to be sent. Please be aware that each of my items is hand made to order so replacements will not be identical.
I reserve the right to refuse sale if for any international political reasons or any other reason I am prevented from selling to certain areas.
