What are your products made from?

Each of my products is made from high quality, pre-coloured polymer clay which allows me to work in fine details into each product and because it fires robustly without losing its shape.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes all my earrings are made from sterling silver and are, therefore, hypoallergenic.

Can I get my keyring or necklace wet?

Whilst polymer clay won’t be damaged by water, the metal fixtures and fittings I use are not water resistant and may discolour. My advice is to keep your vulva art and vulva jewellery away from water wherever possible

I’ve got my product but it’s not what I want. How can I return it to you?

I’m always happy to accept a return if your item arrives and is damaged. I do ask for proof of the damage prior to the item being returned.
I don’t accept returns if the item arrives and isn’t liked. I try and make sure my photos clearly show each item so there shouldn’t be any surprises when they arrive. What I would say is that if you have any questions at all on any of the products I sell please, please, please ask me questions and I’m always happy to answer those questions as well as to send additional photos showing details, close ups etcetera.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship to any country where selling items like these is legal
Is the packaging discreet?
Our packaging is discreet and I usually use a white bubble envelope. The return address you can see does not include my company’s address. I highly value my customers’ confidentiality.

How long does it take to delivery my item?

As a guide I usually am able to despatch your purchase within 3 – 5 days in the UK.
It’s approximately 1 week for the EU and 2 – 3 weeks for the US. Shipping times for the rest of the world will vary with their distance from the UK

How long does it take to make your products?

Each item takes on average 3 days to make from receiving your order but as everything I make is by sculpted and handcrafted sometimes it takes a bit longer than that especially during busy times like during any annual sales I might have or special promotions and Christmas. I’ll update on Christmas delivery dates each year on our blog.
